•Put off metal stopper, open handle with two hands.

•Put tube in, first, hold handle slowly, then pressing.

•Loosen the handle after pressing, the brake will be  in function, please hold the handle again, and cut it.

•Repeat the operation of point 3, until the tube is cut.
