•Kit contents:---
   1.) 15 x 19mm Flat Reamer for Universal injector.
   2.) 17 x 17mm Flat Reamer for Delphi/Bosch injectors (BMW/PSA/Renault/Ford).
   3.) 17 x 19mm Flat Reamer for Bosch injectors (Mercedes CRD).
   4.) 17 x 21mm Angled Resmer for Fiat/Iveco.
   5.) 17mm. 
   6.) T handle x 1.
   7.) Pilot post x 1.
•Material: CR-V. 
•Use a small amount of light lubricant whilst performing the cut to reduce chattering and help give a flat cut.
•Fit injectors as per manufacturers instructions. Identify injector "blow-by" exists.
•Thoroughly clean the seat and remove all swarf.
•Select required reamer onto pilot post and tighten internal hex screw.
•Place assembled cutter into injector recess.
•Using the T bar & socket supplied apply only a small amount of pressure whilst turning the cutter in a clockwise direcyion only.
•Gain access to the injectors and remove them.
•Do not over cut the seat only remove enough metal to form a good seat.
