• IMPORTANT:---
  Setting plates are machined to match the exact profile on the camshaft in the timed position.
  Ensure the correct color and the inlet/exhaust setting plates use for the engine stated above.
  When installing setting plates or refitting the bearing cap, it always tights the bolts to the specified torque.
  Refer to the vehicle manufacturer service instruction, or the proprietary manual to establish the current procedure and data.

• Note:---
  The plates are bolted in the position in place of the specified camshaft bearing cap on the both inlet and exhaust camshafts.
  Alfa Romeo twin spark camshaft engine holds in the timed position by setting plates.
  The inlet setting plate replaces the bearing cap on No.2 cylinder and the exhaust setting plate replaces the bearing cap on No.3 cylinder.
